This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for our online and classroom training programs. By purchasing any of our courses, you agree to adhere to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the guidelines detailed below.

Refund Policy for Long-Term Courses (Duration: 6 Months and Above)

1. Cancellation Notification

Cancellations must be communicated via in-person visit, email, or certified mail to www.LiftMySkills.com. The effective cancellation date is determined by the postmark or receipt date of the written notice.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be granted if the institution does not accept your application or if you cancel within three business days after registration and payment.

3. Refund Before Course Commencement

If a student cancels after admission but before the first class, all fees except the registration fee (capped at INR 8,000) will be refunded.

4. Refund During the Drop/Add Period

During the first week of classes, students are eligible for a full refund of tuition and fees (excluding the registration fee). No refunds will be issued after this period.

5. Refund System for Withdrawals

If a student withdraws from the program, the following tiered system applies based on the timing of the withdrawal:

Percentage of Refund Time of Withdrawal Notification
100% 15 days or more before the officially notified batch start date
80% Within 15 days after the officially notified batch start date
50% Between 15 to 30 days after the batch start date
0% Beyond 30 days from the batch start date

6. Dismissals or Voluntary Withdrawals

No refunds will be issued after the above-mentioned timelines, except for refundable deposits (if any).

Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses (Duration: Less Than 6 Months)

1. Institution-Initiated Cancellations

In case www.LiftMySkills.com cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events), 100% of the paid fee will be refunded.

2. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

If cancellation is requested 7 days or more before the course start date, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course start date, no refunds will be issued.

3. Online Training Cancellations

For cancellations within 48 hours of subscription, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours of subscription.

4. Refunds for Third-Party Courses

For cancellations within 48 hours of subscribing to third-party courses, a 50% administrative and cancellation fee will be deducted.

No refunds will be issued after 48 hours.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-7 working days after intimation by the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request.
